Tasting Notes
The Nose: rich caramel and burnt wine, with warming barrel notes.
The Palate: rich and viscous, with estery sweetness from the barrel, soft red fruits and a light smokiness. Notes of burnt wine develop alongside hints of soft spice, leading to a full bodied, long lingering finish.
Try it: best enjoyed neat or over ice to appreciate its full depth and complexity. For something more decadent, use it to create a luxurious Rum Old Fashioned or Martinez. Or simply enjoy it your way!
