NB Barrel Aged Rum (70cl)

Our second limited edition release of 74 bottles, each hand numbered. This remarkable international blend brings together hand selected single casks to create something truly special. Our own 2 year old Scottish pot-distilled rum - matured in sherry casks - blended with an exquisite 8 year old rum from Guyana, distilled in a traditional French Savalle column still.

Bottled at a bold 59% ABV, this cask strength expression delivers a complex, rich, and uncompromising depth of character. 

On the nose: inviting aromas of butterscotch, fennel, blood orange, nutmeg, and musty oak.

On the palate: layers of candied ginger, molasses, and burnt sugar unfold, followed by tingling black pepper and oak spice, leading to a full and long-lingering finish.

Try It:  Neat or over ice. Use for a very decadent Rum Old Fashioned or Martinez Cocktail. Or, anyway you please!
